An abandoned sawmill. Nobody in sight. Easy and discreet access. No degradation. The machinery still in place (and still powered by electricity). What more ?
The only negative (but funny) detail is the active alarm. We did not stay still long enough to test the response speed of the police.

Quick but fun visit.
Buttons and knobs everywhere (it's tempting...), and when you are in the middle of a machine, you say in the same time "Hope that the machine does not turn on.". Given the tools in this workshop, it'll be quickly from sawmill to slaughter.
